These luxurious villas are located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. These villas boasts over 2000 sq.ft of contemporary interior living space each with expansive western windows that open up to wide lanais, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.

All three homes are fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation including a gourmet kitchens to prepare your favorite meals. The Lanais are equipped with outdoor kitchenettes and BBQ grills and plenty of lounging and dining spaces for your entire group. These homes include private garages and additional parking spaces and ensuite full size washers and dryers.

Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility and front desk, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in each guest bedroom.

*****Important AC Update – 18B only**AC failure Please note the AC in the Villa has failed. A brand-new system has been ordered, but due to industry-wide delays, installation is taking longer than expected.
To ensure your comfort, we’ve provided portable AC units in each bedroom and living area. . These units are vented through the bedroom lanais, which means the lanais off the two master bedrooms are temporarily inaccessible. However, the main lanai—most commonly used by guests—remains fully accessible for your enjoyment.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
